Key Responsibilities:
- **Direct Patient Care**: Providing direct patient care, administering medications, and monitoring patients' conditions.
- **Staff Supervision and Management**: Supervising, mentoring, and training nursing staff, creating schedules, and assigning tasks.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations, implementing and monitoring quality improvement initiatives.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Communicating with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate and complete patient records.
- **Problem Solving and Decision Making**: Identifying and resolving issues related to patient care and staff performance.
- **Resource Management**: Managing and optimizing resources within the unit, including supplies and staffing.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- **Safety**: Maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
- **Performance Evaluation**: Conducting performance evaluations of nursing staff and providing feedback.
- **Budgeting**: Developing and managing the unit budget.
- **Training and Development**: Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for nursing staff.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Extensive clinical experience and expertise in relevant areas of nursing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to mentor, train, and motivate nursing staff.
- Computer proficiency.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
