Application platform analysis & design resulting in a scalable & resilient architecture with key focus on performance of the platform. 3. Prepare high quality detailed design documents & specifications. 4. Mentoring the team on the design aspects & technical issues. 5. Demonstrate good understanding of UI design, ability to engage in discussions with End users to drive the UI mockup design, mentor the team on the UI design & usability aspects. 7. Reporting progress to all the stakeholders 8. Escalation of problems to the management & stakeholders, keeping everyone appraised of issues that affect the project and the deliverables of the project. 9. Ensuring that the project and organization architecture standards, technology stack & processes are followed. 10. Maintain administration tasks; i.e. Jira to record progress against tasks, Wiki for documentation. 11.
