About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Architect with 15+ years of experience in building high-performance enterprise solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the BFSI sector, particularly in the trading domain. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, low-latency systems, designing event-driven architectures, and working with modern distributed technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and develop enterprise-grade Java applications using open-source technologies.

Design and implement domain-driven, event-driven, and message-driven architectures.

Work with modern distributed technologies, including messaging brokers (IBM MQ, Apache Kafka) and distributed caching (Hazelcast).

Optimize complex SQL queries and work with RDBMS providers (Sybase, MSSQL, etc.).

Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive Agile & DevOps best practices (CI/CD/CM).

Must-Have Skills:

Java (Strong hands-on experience in enterprise development).

Application Design & Software Architecture (Microservices, SOA, Event-Driven Design).

Distributed Systems & Messaging (Kafka, IBM MQ, Hazelcast).

Database Expertise (SQL, Sybase, MSSQL).

Data Structures & Algorithms (Strong problem-solving skills).

Agile & DevOps (CI/CD, Configuration Management).

Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills):

Scripting Experience (Python, Linux Shell).

NoSQL Databases (MongoDB) at Scale.

Database Performance Tuning & Query Optimization.
