The ideal candidate will have a strong development background in JAVA/J2EE,Springboot and Microservices , a proven track record of successful team leadership, and a deep understanding of technology . The Principal Architect will play a crucial role in driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities:
Technical Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute the overall technical strategy aligned with business goals. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects within established timelines and budget constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between engineering and other departments.
Technical Excellence: Drive a culture of technical excellence, quality, and best practices within the engineering team. Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex technical challenges.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of priorities. Communicate engineering strategies, progress, and challenges to the executive team. Job Requirement 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering with at least 5+ years as an engineering leader in a software product company. Require deep technical knowledge in Software Product Engineering using Java/J2EE, multhreading, data structures, collections, OOPS,synchronization, Algorithm, Microservices, Springboot, , , fullstack, NosqlDB, mongodb, cassandra, neo4j, elastic search, kibana, elk, kafka, redis, kubernetes. Key Programming Skills: Java, J2EE with cutting edge technologies High technical credibility - ability to audit technical decisions and push for the best solution to a problem. Experience building E2E Application right from backend database to persistent layer. Experience UI technologies Angular, , Experience with NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j, Dynamodb, etc.) Experience in developing Enterprise Software using Agile Methodology. Good understanding of Kafka, Redis, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Solr etc. SaaS cloud-based platform exposure.
