We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our Talent Skilling Team. If you have a passion for design, storytelling, and digital marketing, we’d love to have you on board

**Role Overview**

As a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, you will play a key role in creating compelling visual content that enhances our brand presence. You will work closely with our content creation and marketing teams to design engaging social media posts, reels, and marketing materials that captivate our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design high-quality and engaging visuals for marketing materials.
- Develop creative ad posts for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Edit raw footage into professional and engaging social media videos (reels, marketing videos, website content).
- Perform color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics integration.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency.
- Review and refine designs to align with company branding guidelines.
- Continuously explore new design and video trends to enhance content quality.
- Portfolio submission required (social media designs & edited video showreels).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Basic understanding of color correction, audio mixing, and post-production processes.
- Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in the digital marketing domain is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
