**Requirements**:
**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.

**Desirable Qualities**:

- Proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Experience in interviewing and assessment techniques.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
