**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive **Talent Acquisition Associate** to take complete ownership of our recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience, especially within the SaaS industry, and a hands-on approach to finding and securing top talent. As the sole individual responsible for hiring, you will oversee the entire talent acquisition life-cycle, from sourcing to on-boarding.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial and follow-up interviews, ensuring alignment with Tagbox’s culture and role requirements.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position Tagbox as a top choice for prospective employees.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, track metrics, and provide regular reports on recruitment progress.
- Stay current with industry trends, innovative recruitment tools, and best practices to optimize the hiring process.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- **Education**: MBA or B.Tech degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques, with the ability to manage multiple roles effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong sense of accountability.
