10+ years of experience
- Administer & Create Workflow in tool to Eliminate the Potential Incidents even before they hit the Service Desk from data points available in analyzed reports and Metrics.
- Administration of Chat Bot Applications so as to ensure that the repetitive and mundane Conversations are automated.
- Provide and maintain automation solution for service desk to improve user experience and intuitive user adoption
- Administration of Self-Help and Self Heal Application, work with stakeholders for creating, developing & testing new solutions based on incident volumetrics
- Experience with AIOps solution, Gen AI tools
- Know-how of Automation architecture
- Designing of customized automation solutions
- Experience in driving Automation solutions
- Full understanding of Automation Architecture, industry standard tools
- Knowledge and hands on experience with Automation platform, AIOPs, industry standard tools
- Know-how of Generative AI solutions
- Able to design automation solutions and arrive at productivity numbers.
