The Role

The role appears to be that of a Finance Specialist responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimising financial processes to support the organization's objectives.

Skills Requirements

Mandatory Skillset - Accounting and Banking Knowledge, Statutory Payments, Cash Flow, Monthly and Yearly Books Closing

Secondary Skillset - SAP, MIS, Audit, MS Excel, and Communication Skills

**Requirements**:

- Perform day-to-day bank accounting tasks in SAP.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliation.
- Handle payments to vendors, subcontractors, credit card companies, utility providers, visa fees, and online purchases from ecommerce websites.
- Manage statutory payments such as income tax, PF (Provident Fund), ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation), PT (Professional Tax), NPS (National Pension System), and GST (Goods and Services Tax).
- Disburse salaries at month-end and reconcile salary payable accounts, PF payable, ESIC payable, NPS payable, etc.
- Maintain an inward remittance tracker and submit relevant documents for Softex settlement against advance receipts.
- Facilitate forex transactions for employees traveling overseas on B1 Visa (USA, UK, Europe & Ireland).
- Open and close bank accounts as per requirements and complete necessary bank formalities.
- Handle bank formalities for new loans and loan renewals.
- Address audit points and assist team members during audit periods for a smooth audit process.
- Coordinate with managers and business unit heads to assess weekly cash flow requirements.
