- **Skill Development**:Achieve 100% skillset proficiency in all assigned processes within one year of employment by proactively seeking support and guidance from appropriate stakeholders.
- **Work Schedule Flexibility**:Be available and flexible to work various shifts, including providing additional support on weekends, as dictated by business volume forecasts.
