- M.Com / MBA graduates
- Proficiency in Ariba (SAP)
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or support role, preferably in procurement
- Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to extrapolate insights from data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Power Apps/ Power Automate will be an added advantage
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Detail-oriented, with ability to maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate with Skill teams to ensure timely creation of purchase requisitions in Ariba/CPARS
- Manage order-related databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records, also to support audit requirements if any
- Provide administrative support for procurement and accounting departments if required
- Validate & book the Invoices in Ariba system to facilitate supplier payments
- Prepare & share Metrics to management on agreed timeline.
