Order of Paper rim
Order of Stationary, Medicine for First Aid Box, Materials for Recreation room, Dove, Lemon oil / Shoe polish / Urinal screen, Toiletries (Toilet Rolls/ M-Fold / Liquid soap), Garbage bags, HK Consumables
Consolidated Mobile reimbursement claim.
Vendor Co-ordination for Quotation for Adhoc work
Vendor Co-ordination for regular work
Consolidated Comparison quote for Adhoc work
Update Adhoc and Regular POR Tracker
Update on Client Direct / JLL Work status with respective SPOC.
Service and supply status tracker with JLL and Abbott SPOC
Co-ordinate with Vendor for Flower arrangement for SLT Member Birthday, arrangement of Cake for GFO Team Birthday, Arrangement of Cake for Quarterly Birthday of Inhouse vendor partners
Co-ordination with Vendor for repair and maintenance work
Co-ordination with JLL Finance team for pending PO, sharing PO to the vendor for adhoc and regular work
Update monthly vendor entry list in the premises and share to Building and client Security team.
Support required for the internal team events and other client activities.
