Job Title: Customer Sales Representative - IDFC Personal Loan Sales

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

**Salary**: INR 14,500 (Incentives based on sales performance)

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell IDFC Personal Loan products to prospective customers
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to generate leads and close sales
- Understand customer needs and recommend loan solutions tailored to individual financial goals
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
- Accurately record customer information and update sales data in the CRM system

Skills and Qualifications:

- Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi (verbal communication skills)
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse customer segments
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time and work under targets and deadlines

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in banking, financial services, or related industries)
- Freshers with excellent communication and selling skills may also be considered
