**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter patient demographic information, charges, and codes into the billing system.
- Verify and ensure correct CPT, ICD, and HCPCS codes as per medical documentation.
- Identify and correct any missing or incorrect data to avoid claim rejections or delays.
- Review insurance information to ensure eligibility and coverage details are up-to-date.
- Coordinate with medical coders, providers, and billing teams for any clarifications.
- Maintain daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
- Assist in resolving charge entry-related denials and discrepancies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in healthcare charge entry or medical billing.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
- Familiarity with healthcare billing software and EHR systems.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy level.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet daily/weekly productivity targets under deadlines.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Certification in medical billing/coding (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
