**Manager - Facility & Line Clearance (Maintenance)**

**Sarthak Biotech Pvt. Ltd. | Karnal, Haryana**

We're looking for an experienced **Facility & Line Clearance Manager** to join our Maintenance team in Karnal. You'll be responsible for ensuring our pharmaceutical plant runs smoothly, from machinery upkeep to strict line clearance protocols.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage all **facility maintenance** (HVAC, utilities, building infrastructure).
- Implement and enforce **line clearance procedures** to prevent contamination and mix-ups.
- Lead and develop our maintenance team.
- Ensure full **GMP and ISO compliance** in all operations.
- Manage budgets and optimize maintenance processes.

**What you'll bring**:

- **3-12 years of proven experience** in facility and/or line clearance management within a **pharmaceutical company**.
- Strong understanding of **GMP, ISO standards**, and relevant regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field)
- Preferred
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- **Prior experience in the armed forces or other disciplined civilian sectors is a strong plus.**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
