Export Executive

Preparing export documents like invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Ensuring compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.
- Arranging for the transportation of goods to the port or shipping facility.
- Liaising with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Ensuring all exports comply with local and international laws, including trade regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements.
- Staying updated on changes in export regulations and adapting processes accordingly.
- Communicating with clients to understand their export requirements and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Resolving any issues or concerns related to export shipments.
- Coordinating with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely dispatch of goods.
- Monitoring the movement of goods and updating relevant stakeholders on shipment status.
- Managing and negotiating shipping costs to optimize profitability.
- Keeping track of expenses related to exports and preparing cost reports.
- Researching international markets to identify new opportunities for export.
- Developing strategies to expand the company's export business.
- Identifying potential risks in the export process and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensuring that insurance coverage is in place for goods in transit.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
