**Responsibilities**:
**Corridor Makeover**:
Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop innovative ideas for corridor makeovers that align with the organization's vision and culture.

Plan, organize, and execute corridor transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.

Coordinate with principals, campus in charge & teachers to ensure seamless execution of the makeover projects.

**Art Lab Setup**:
Design and set up an art laboratory that encourages creativity, experimentation, and collaboration.

Create a functional layout that accommodates various art forms, workshops, and artistic processes.

Collaborate with Central purchase team and educators to ensure the art lab setup is done.

Project Management:
Develop project timelines, milestones for both corridor makeovers and art lab setup projects.

Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure successful project completion.

Communicate regularly with team members, management, and clients, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or MBA.

Proven experience in interior design, project management, and/or art space setup.

Strong creative and artistic sensibilities, with an eye for aesthetics and design details.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to evolving project needs and challenges.

Passion for art, creativity, and creating inspiring environments.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
