As a Visual Art Curriculum Planner, your primary responsibility will be to develop anddesign comprehensive curriculum frameworks and plans for visual art education.You will work closely with the team and other stakeholders to ensure the developmentand implementation of a robust visual art curriculum that aligns with the educational goals and standards of the company.

1.Develop and design a curriculum framework for visual art education thatencompasses various skill levels, age groups, and learning objectives for grades 1to 10.

2. To create detailed unit plans, lesson plans, and instructional materials thatsupport the curriculum framework.

3. Research and identify appropriate teaching methodologies, techniques, andresources to enhance visual art instruction.

4. Review and evaluate existing curriculum materials and make necessary revisionsto ensure alignment with current educational standards and best practices.

5. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the visual art curriculum tomonitor effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in visual art education,including new technologies, methodologies, and artistic practices.

8. Maintain documentation of curriculum development processes,revisions,worksheets and updates.

9. Communicate and collaborate with branches and teachers to ensure a clearunderstanding of the visual art curriculum and its objectives.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.

2. Previous experience in curriculum planning and development, preferably in thefield of visual art education appreciated.

3. Strong knowledge of visual art concepts, techniques, art history, and artistic practices across different mediums.

4. Familiarity with educational standards and frameworks related to visual arteducation, such as the NEP, and CBSE curriculum framework will be of added value.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively witheducators, administrators, and other stakeholders.

6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
