**Job Description: Commercial Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- **Inventory and Supply Chain Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
- Oversee logistics and ensure smooth delivery of products to clients.
- **Financial Management**:

- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments from clients.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and improve brand visibility.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain records of sales, inventory, and other business operations.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles, preferably in the packaging or related industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and inventory control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
