**Job Title**: Cook (Live-in)
**Location**: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Work Schedule**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, 6 days a week
**Accommodation & Meals**: Provided by us

**This is a live-in position - food and accommodation will be provided by the hosel.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of meals (North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, etc.) as per menu or guest preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Manage kitchen inventory and inform management of stock requirements
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control
- Assist in menu planning if required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of cooking experience in a hotel, guesthouse, or restaurant
- Ability to cook vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety
- Honest, disciplined, and able to work independently
- Willing to relocate and stay in the hostel premises
