**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on fashion retail or working in a boutique setting.
- Previous experience in selling designer or boutique clothing is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of customers.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, specifically in blouses, and a keen eye for style and design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
