**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Import Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the import process of goods, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maintaining efficient and cost-effective logistics operations. This role involves close collaboration with suppliers, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of imported goods.
- **Import Process Management**:

- Coordinate the importation of goods from various international suppliers.
- Ensure all import documentation is accurate and complete, including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates of origin.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, customs laws, and tariffs.
- Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations and communicate relevant updates to the team.
- **Supplier and Logistics Coordination**:

- Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Resolve any issues or delays in the import process, including shipment discrepancies and customs holds.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all import activities, including shipment tracking, cost analysis, and compliance documentation.
- Generate regular reports on import activities and performance metrics.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in import/export software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
