**Key Responsibility Areas**:
ŸHaving Hands-on Provident Fund Forms, PF Calculations, and process

ŸExcellent knowledge of the Provident Fund, Employees' Pension Scheme, EDLI, and IW provision.

ŸVisiting Provident Fund, and Govt Office for Enquires

ŸAttend Provident Fund Inspection

ŸFill Up the Provident Fund Nomination Form i.e. Form 2, Form 11(Declaration Form)

ŸCalculating monthly Provident Fund Liability and timely submitting contribution challans to the appropriate authority as per compliance. Generating EPF Challan through EPF Portal

ŸPrepare monthly Return i.e. IW Statement, Compliance of Form 11, and submit to the Provident Fund Office in the stipulated period

ŸAssist all Employees - How to Fill Up Form 11, Activate UAN Number, Download EPF Passbook, KYC Updation, Online Nomination Updation, etc.

ŸPrepare Yearly Return i.e. Form 5A(Online), Form 3A along with Reconciliation Statement and submit to the Provident Fund Office in the stipulated period

ŸAssist all Ex-Employees - Withdrawal Forms (i.e. Form 19, Form 10C, Form 15G/15H), Transfer Form (i.e. Form 13), Death Claims (i.e. Form 10D, Form 20, Form 5IF, etc.) and taking care to settle it at the earliest

ŸFollow up with Provident Fund Department for Getting the Annual PF Slip (i.e. Form 23) of all employees, Withdrawal & Transfer Queries, Name & Address Change of Establishment, ECR related issue, UAN related issues, etc.

ŸProcessing Online Transfer Claims

ŸHandling Provident Fund related issues of all employees

ŸPreparing draft relating to Provident Fund queries.

ŸUpdating KYC details of all employees through EPF Portal

**Required Skills**:
Ÿ Good written and verbal communication

Ÿ Good knowledge of MS Office

ŸHighly organized and with Leadership skills.

ŸAble to adapt quickly, handle multiple tasks

**Salary**: ₹8,643.46 - ₹44,091.49 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandra, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
