We have an excellent opportunity for an SME Underwriter profile for a well-known company

Designation - Ex/Sr.Ex - Underwriter SME

Location - Vile parle

Experience - 2-3+ Years - Preparing Quotes / Referral Slips (Indian Domestic Market Products Only) Prior experience with an Insurance Company, Agent, or Broker is Mandatory.

Any Gender

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing Quote Slips for products for SME and Retail i.e. Standard Fire, Package Policies, Marine,

Engineering, Workmen Compensation, Simple liability, Miscellaneous Policies, etc.
- Talking to clients and assisting them in the selection of the Right Product.

**Skills:

- Should be able to make quote slips for products for SME and Retail i.e. Standard Fire, Package Policies,

Marine, Engineering, Simple liability, Miscellaneous Policies, etc.
- Good technical knowledge of coverage and clauses in the above policies

policies and regulations in the insurance industry.
- Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships
- Devotion to high-quality customer service
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Keen analytical and research abilities
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
- Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services
- Must possess knowledge and skills in computers, especially in Microsoft Office packages,

Microsoft Excel.
- Provide excellent customer service and provide support to retain and acquire profitable

business of the company
- Quality in negotiations & frequent dialogue with insurance company employees, the internal sales team and

regular clients. - Complete Responsibility to protect digital records, and assigned data with integrity and should not be disclosed

with any third party without the knowledge of reporting manager.
- Proactive in understanding various service issues and closing them within stipulated time along with the good level

Coordination and follow-up with various stakeholders in the organization and partners.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- SME Retail underwriter: 1 year (required)
- Gen Insurance: 1 year (required)
