**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Utilise B2B sales techniques to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions using CRM software, including Salesforce.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategise on improving outreach efforts and achieving targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare reports on call outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in telemarketing or B2B sales is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and engage clients effectively.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and contributing to team success.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
