**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance & Repair Work**:

- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- **Workshop Support**:

- Work on various technical projects as per the work schedule.
- Assist in the assembly, disassembly, and installation of machines and tools.
- **Technical Assistance**:

- Assist senior technicians in technical repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Ensure tools and spare parts are properly stored and maintained.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and placing orders for supplies when required.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain records of repairs, work completed, and any issues identified during maintenance.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- ITI or Diploma in a technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar).
- **Experience**:

- Previous workshop experience is an advantage (familiarity with machinery, tools, and technical tasks).
- **Skills Required**:

- Ability to use various hand tools and machinery.
- Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and instructions.

**Additional Information**:

- Salary will be **₹15,000 onwards**, depending on skills and experience.
- **Freshers with relevant ITI or diploma qualifications are welcome to apply**.
