**Role: Business Support Associate - Chennai**

**Location: Perungulathur, Chennai (WFO)**

**Shift: Rotational (US shifts - 6PM to 6AM, Any 9 hours)**

**Cab: Free cab, within 30 Kilometers radius from office.**

**WeekOffs: 2 days Rotational offs**

**Education: 10 + 2 years/Diploma/Any Graduation.**

**Salary: 2,40,000 LPA**

**Responsibilities**:

- International Calling experience.
- Quick and attentive speaking with the clients.
- Convincing skills/International Tele marketing skills.
- Able to generate leads through cold calling.
- Leads generation towards Sponsors and Exhibitors.
- Lead conversation and successful closing
- Maintaining the Monthly target and achievement report documents.
- Achieving the monthly given revenue target.
- Customer Interaction / Relationship

**Mode of interview**:

- Face to face interview is must.
- Aptitude Assessment.
- Versant Accent Assessment.

**Salary**: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
