**Job Summary**: The Placement Executive plays a vital role in supporting the placement activities and career development initiatives for MBA students. This position involves assisting in corporate outreach, coordinating placement events, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to students throughout the placement process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Supporting Corporate Relations**:
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, including multinational companies, startups, and industry organizations.

Collaborate with the Placement Officer/Coordinator to identify potential employers, internship providers, and recruitment opportunities for MBA students.

Respond to inquiries from employers regarding placement procedures, recruitment timelines, and student profiles.

2. **Placement Event Coordination**:
Assist in organizing placement-related events, such as career fairs, networking sessions, industry talks, and recruitment drives.

Coordinate logístical arrangements for on-campus interviews, company presentations, and other recruitment activities.

Prepare marketing materials, event invitations, and promotional content to attract employers and engage MBA students.

3. **Administrative Support**:
Maintain accurate records of student profiles, resumes, and placement preferences using placement management software or databases.

Assist in managing job postings, internship listings, and placement-related communications on college portals and social media platforms.

4. **Student Assistance and Guidance**:
Serve as a point of contact for MBA students seeking information and assistance related to placements, internships, and career opportunities.

Offer guidance to students on resume writing, cover letter preparation, interview techniques, and job search strategies.

Facilitate workshops, seminars, and mock interviews to enhance students' employability skills and professional development.

**Data Management and Reporting**:
Assist in compiling placement statistics, internship outcomes, and employment trends for reporting purposes.

Generate regular reports and updates on placement activities, student progress, and employer engagement initiatives.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity within placement databases and tracking systems.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required.

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational institution or corporate environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management systems.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
