**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and industry leaders to secure placement and internship opportunities for students.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and training sessions.
- Guide students in preparing resumes, interview skills, and industry readiness.
- Liaise with academic departments to align placement activities with student skills.
- Maintain placement records and prepare periodic reports.
- Assist in organizing career development workshops and seminars.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in **HR, Recruitment, or Marketing**.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Ability to engage with corporate stakeholders and students effectively.
- Good organizational and event management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
