**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, implement, and manage Meta and other social media ads to ensure maximum ROI.
- Develop and execute organic traffic-driven strategies to increase engagement and reach on various social media platforms.
- Optimize social media campaigns for industries such as Real Estate, Automobiles, IT, FMCG, Banking, Finance, and more.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools to ensure content and strategies are aligned with market needs.
- Utilize social media tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc., for content creation, scheduling, and analysis.
- Develop content marketing strategies and engage with the audience to build a strong online presence.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and improve future strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure content is consistent, creative, and aligned with the brand message.
- Maintain and manage daily social media content, ensuring timely posting and audience interaction.
- Experience in Paid Ads

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong, practical knowledge of Meta ads and other social media advertising platforms.
- Proven experience in driving organic traffic through social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience with campaign optimization across industries like Real Estate, Automobiles, IT, FMCG, Banking, and Finance.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
- Proficiency with social media tools (Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Experience in content marketing and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to think creatively to drive campaign success.

**Desired Experience**:

- years of experience in SMO and digital marketing, preferably across multiple industries.
- Demonstrated success in managing social media campaigns that generate leads and conversions.
