**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive SMO strategy for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to stay updated with industry trends.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media success and track performance.
- **Content Optimization & Engagement**:

- Optimize content for different platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Work with the content and design teams to ensure posts are visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Create engaging posts, stories, and content that encourage user interaction and engagement.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Manage social media advertising campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track social media metrics and analyze performance to generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improving social media strategies.
- Experiment with new growth strategies, tools, and trends to continuously improve SMO performance.
- **Community Building**:

- Foster relationships with influencers, customers, and brand advocates to expand the online community.
- Engage with followers and influencers to drive brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and respond accordingly.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with SEO, content, and PPC teams to align social media strategies with broader digital marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with customer service and support teams to ensure brand consistency in responses across platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media optimization or social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media platform insights).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Creative thinking and an eye for engaging content and visuals.
- Familiarity with social media advertising, including Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
