Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and driven SEO & SMM/SMO Executive to manage and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies while managing social media campaigns to increase engagement, followers, and traffic.

Key Responsibilities: SEO Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content strategy.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines (on-page SEO).
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies (off-page SEO).
  • Monitor SEO performance and prepare regular performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

SMM/SMO Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Develop and execute creative content strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Plan and run paid social media campaigns if required (optional).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the content/design team to create shareable posts and stories.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries/comments in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in SEO and social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and their analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Creativity and a strong sense of visual and content aesthetics.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Google Analytics and HubSpot knowledge.
  • WordPress or Shopify experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹30,000.00 per month
