**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Perform ongoing keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for content and website optimization.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for targeted keywords.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement necessary changes to improve website performance.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of SEO strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed in content creation and marketing.
- Manage and optimize link-building campaigns.
- Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective SMO strategies to enhance our social media presence.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, and written) across various social media platforms.
- Engage with our audience on social media, respond to comments, and build a community.
- Prepare and present regular reports on SEO and SMO performance and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO and SMO.
- Proven track record of successfully improving search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, and enhancing social media presence.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and social media algorithms.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development best practices.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SMO, and digital marketing.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the real estate industry or related fields.
- Familiarity with local SEO strategies and practices.
- Experience with pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
