Staff Nurse

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care within our healthcare facility. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The Staff Nurse is expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient-centered care.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Care**:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine care needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, progress, and response to interventions.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and effective care plan.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Document medication administration and treatment procedures according to established protocols.
- **Emergency Response**:
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies.
- Follow established protocols for crisis situations and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety.
- **Quality Improvement**:
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Identify areas for improvement in patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team to implement changes.
- **Professional Development**:
- Stay updated on current nursing practices, regulations, and healthcare trends.
- Attend relevant training sessions, conferences, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
