**Job Title**: Staff Nurse

**Location**: Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility Hospital, Kozhikode

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments, including IVF procedures, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, vital signs, and response to treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in performing procedures and ensure patients are well-informed and comfortable throughout their treatment journey.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including doctors, embryologists, and counselors, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Educate patients and their families on fertility treatment protocols and post-treatment care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Participate in continuing education and training to stay updated on the latest developments in fertility nursing.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Nursing (GNM) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing).
- Valid nursing license and registration with the State Nursing Council.
- Proven experience in a clinical nursing role, preferably in a fertility or women's health setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:
