**Job Title**: MBA Sales Representative

**About the Role**
We are looking for a dynamic and driven MBA graduate to join our sales team as a **Sales Representative**. The role involves building strong professional networks with healthcare practitioners, boosting retail sales, and representing our brand through innovative events.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Doctor Collaborations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, ayurvedic doctors, and homeopathic practitioners to increase brand awareness and product recommendations.
- **Sales Growth**: Drive retail sales across Solan and nearby regions by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships.
- **Pop-up Events**: Plan, organize, and manage pop-up stalls/events to showcase our products and engage directly with customers.
- **Retail Network Development**: Approach pharmacies, health stores, and local outlets to expand product availability.
- **Customer Engagement**: Provide product demonstrations, address queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market feedback to management.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in healthcare/FMCG sales will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
