**Direct Responsibilities**
- **Asset Gathering**: Offer a range of asset-gathering products, including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Corporate Fixed Deposits, SGBs, Insurance, and other financial instruments introduced periodically.
- **Client Management**: Manage and deepen relationships with existing Super Investor clients through face-to-face interactions and telephonic conversations.
- **Revenue Generation**: Drive revenues from broking, education, and lending products while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- **Cross-Selling**: Leverage Sharekhan's product suite to cross-sell investment and financial products.
**Contributing Responsibilities**
- Grow and manage assets under management (AUM), SIP flows, and revenue from the mapped client book.
- Add new clients to the Sharekhan portfolio and increase client engagement.
- Ensure regular touchpoints with all assigned Super Investor clients to address their financial needs.
- Promote Sharekhan’s education and training products to help clients trade better volumes.
**Qualifications and Skills**
**Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
- Certifications required for offering trading, insurance, and asset products are mandatory.
**Experience**
- At least 3 years of experience in equity broking, insurance, or mutual funds, preferably in broking, asset management, or banking sectors.
**Technical & Behavioral Competencies**
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in the local language is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
- Process-oriented and adaptive to learning new products and tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Increase in AUM, SIP flows, and client revenue.
- Addition of new clients to the Sharekhan portfolio.
- Regular engagement with mapped clients.
- Achieving sales targets across product lines.
**Additional Information**
- This is a relationship management role with eligibility for performance-based incentives in addition to a fixed salary.
- Prior work experience in equity broking, insurance, or mutual funds will be an advantage.
