Job Title: CFP & Sr. Relationship Manager / Investment Advisor

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 4-8 years (Sr. Role) | 2-5 years (Jr. Role)

Education: Graduate (CFP/CFA/CA preferred)

About the Role:

Seeking a dynamic Wealth & Investment Advisor to manage and grow relationships with HNI/affluent clients. The role combines financial planning expertise with relationship management, helping clients achieve their financial goals through tailored investment strategies and holistic advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deepen relationships with HNI clients; act as a trusted financial advisor.
  • Create, implement, and monitor comprehensive financial plans (investment, tax, retirement, estate planning).
  • Optimize portfolios in line with SEBI guidelines and market trends.
  • Acquire new clients through networking and referrals; grow AUM.
  • Collaborate in developing tech-enabled financial planning tools.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Finance/Economics/Business; CFP/CFA/CA preferred.
  • 4-8 years (Sr.) or 2-5 years (Jr.) experience in wealth management / financial planning.
  • Proven track record managing HNI portfolios and achieving AUM growth.
  • Strong understanding of Indian financial products, tax laws & markets.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and client-servicing skills.
