**Job Descriptions**
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls and mails.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings, and prepare meeting rooms.
- Manage ordering and keeping track of all office and general supplies (stationery, bottled water, operational items, etc.)
- Ensure invoices are correct, prepare reports and send to accounts for payment.
- Posting and collection of daily mails, courier service, and distribution.
- Monitor and update office staff's and workers attendance report.
- Prepare and issue HR related documents.
- Monitor of maintenance contract and coordination of any office or related equipment or fixtures repairs
- Work closely with HR & Admin and Finance department and provide support in all ad-hoc and administrative duties when assigned
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree Level or equivalent.
- At least 1 year's relevant experience.
- Fluent command of English Must.Kannada/Hindi/Tamil Will be
- Meticulous and detailed person, hands-on and able to multi-tasked.
- Independent and professional with high regards for customers service standards.
- Able to Join **immediately** will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
