**Role: Business Developer / Appointment Setter (On-Site)**
We are hiring an **experienced Business Developer** who has worked in a **digital marketing company** and understands the services and sales process of this industry. The main role will be **setting appointments, calling leads, closing clients, and growing our client base.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads and set up appointments with interested businesses
- Understand and confidently pitch our digital marketing services (SEO, social media, Google Ads, etc.)
- Generate and follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and meetings
- Visit local clients (if needed) for meetings and presentations
- Maintain proper records of follow-ups and appointments
- Achieve monthly targets for appointments and closures
- Coordinate with the internal marketing team for onboarding and strategy

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience **in business development/sales in a digital marketing agency**:

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing services
- Excellent communication and selling skills (English and Hindi)
- Confident in making calls and convincing potential clients
- Must be based in **Ahmedabad** and comfortable working on-site
- Good understanding of the local business market is a plus

**Job Type**: Full-Time (On-Site Only)
**Location**: Internet Spark Office, Ahmedabad
**Salary**: Based on experience + Incentives
