We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can bring the same energy and hustle to building a strong pipeline for our marketing services and client projects.
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with 0–2 years of experience in sales development or appointment setting who thrives in outbound prospecting and client engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential leads across different industries.
• Execute cold outreach campaigns via
emails, calls,
and
LinkedIn
to generate interest and secure appointments.
• Personalize outreach to address client pain points and business needs.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to qualify leads before handing them over to the sales/management team.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline using tools like
Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
and
outreach platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and pipeline status in
CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
• Share weekly updates and insights on outreach effectiveness and prospect feedback.
Qualifications:
•
0–2 years of experience
in Sales Development / Appointment Setting / Business Development (
Freshers are also welcome
).
• Hands-on experience with
Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
and
outreach tools , Outreach, Lemlist, etc.
).
• Familiarity with
CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
is a
plus
.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
• Goal-oriented, resilient, and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
