- Responsible for understanding the business, organization, relevant industry regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
- Drafting, execution and management of agreements related to Non-disclosure, manufacturing, supplier etc.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations under labour laws, factory laws, POSH etc.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines for compliance with various legal. HR, and regulatory requirements.
- Support, review, and advise IP protection, patent filling and EHS activities.
- Advise management on compliance-related matters and recommend strategies to mitigate potential compliance risks.
- Support commercial, customer and procurement activities with legal and regulatory matters.
- Coordinating with different agencies and consultants to ensure that the organization obtains all necessary licenses and permits required to operate.
- Provide legal and compliance support to various internal departments.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure that compliance requirements are incorporated into their processes and procedures.
- Providing data for regulatory, financial, ESG and investor reporting.
- Work & build the ESG dashboard and the comprehensive ESG reporting framework.
- Exposure to investment diligence, transactional agreements would be preferable.

**Job Requirement**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of compliance, legal, or similar relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a global environment, set priorities and drive tasks and projects to conclusion in an extremely fast paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication.
