Roles and Responsibilities- - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements. - Monitor and interpret relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring that the organization's policies and practices are up-to-date and in compliance. - Conduct regular audits of HR practices and records to identify and address compliance issues. - Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders. - Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. - Keep up to date with changes in labor laws and HR regulations and implement necessary adjustments to company policies. - Ensure proper documentation of all compliance-related activities and maintain records for auditing purposes. - Prepare and maintain reports on compliance metrics and issues. - Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. - Prepare and maintain accurate compliance reports, documentation, and records as required for internal and external review. - Prepare documentation for all the annually/half yearly and monthly returns for authorities.
