**Job Overview**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Creative Development**:

- Conceptualize and design high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, advertisements, and presentations.
- Translate creative briefs into visually compelling concepts, storyboards, and animation sequences.
- **Animation & Video Production**:

- Create 2D/3D animations, infographics, and visual effects to elevate multimedia projects.
- Edit raw video footage, add transitions, sound effects, and background scores to produce polished content.
- Ensure seamless integration of motion design with live-action video.
- **Brand Alignment**:

- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
- Work with marketing and product teams to deliver content aligned with brand objectives and messaging.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Collaborate closely with graphic designers, content creators, marketers, and developers.
- Present ideas and storyboards to stakeholders for approval before production.
- **Trend Awareness & Innovation**:

- Stay up to date with the latest design and animation trends, tools, and techniques.
- Experiment with innovative formats and creative ideas to keep content fresh and engaging.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field**.
- Proven **experience** as a Motion Graphic Designer, Animator, or in a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing **motion graphics, animation, and video editing projects**.
- Proficiency in tools such as:

- Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Cinema 4D / Blender / Maya (preferred for 3D work)
- Strong understanding of **composition, typography, color theory, and storytelling**.
- Excellent sense of timing, visual rhythm, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in **AR/VR motion design** or interactive media.
- Basic sound design and audio editing experience.
- Familiarity with **social media formats and optimization** (Instagram Reels, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rajkot, Rajkot, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
