Sales Strategist

**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish sales goals and develop effective sales plans
- Conduct research and gather data to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to increase sales effectiveness
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales strategy development and implementation
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and market dynamics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
