Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Digital Marketing Lead to drive VRIZEs digital presence and demand generation initiatives.

As a core member of the Marketing & Communications team, you will define and execute data-driven strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and accelerate revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels, is fluent in emerging MarTech tools, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You will act as both a strategist and hands-on operator, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and own the companys digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.

- Partner with leadership to align digital initiatives with business objectives and revenue goals.

- Govern digital marketing best practices, ensuring consistency, compliance, and Generation & Campaigns

- Lead execution of demand generation programs including SEO, SEM/PPC, social, email, display, and ABM campaigns.

- Drive organic and inorganic lead generation with focus on pipeline impact and ROI.

- Create and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and other digital & Brand Engagement

- Oversee development of compelling website content, campaign assets, landing pages, and email workflows.

- Partner with content creators on thought leadership, blogs, and multimedia content for brand visibility.

- Ensure strong storytelling and brand alignment across all & Optimization

- Define KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights via dashboards and reports.

- Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization to maximize conversion rates.

- Stay on top of trends in AI-driven marketing, personalization, and & Enablement

- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align on lead quality, pipeline contribution, and GTM initiatives.

- Provide strategic guidance to team members while remaining hands-on in execution.

- Act as the single point of contact for escalation and resolution of digital marketing - Bachelors/masters degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

- 5+ years of proven success in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing roles.

- Deep knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, paid social, performance marketing, and conversion optimization.

- Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.

- Solid understanding of website optimization (CRO, UX, HTML/CSS basics).

- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM) and marketing automation workflows.

- Strong analytical mindset with ability to link campaign performance to business metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, revenue).

- Exceptional creativity in campaign design with a metric-driven approach to execution.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft messaging across multiple formats.

- Strong leadership and collaboration skills; experience managing cross-functional projects

and/or teams.

- Up to date with latest trends in AI, personalization, and digital marketing VRIZE INC
