**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various online channels.
- Manage and optimize social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Plan and execute ad network marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Display Ads, and other relevant platforms, to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between digital marketing efforts and overall business objectives.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to enhance our competitive edge.
- Lead the development and execution of omni-channel/shopping platform strategies, leveraging platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc., to drive sales and revenue.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4 to 5 years plus experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in social media marketing, ad network marketing, and omni-channel/shopping platform strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Mumbai-based or willing to relocate.
