Job Title Customer Relationship Executive (Gold Loan)

## **Job Summary**:

## **Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and assist customers professionally as they enter the branch.
- Understand and analyze customer needs to provide personalized guidance on gold loan products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and quality interactions.

2. **Loan Processing**:

- Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules to clients, ensuring transparency.
- Assess the value and purity of gold jewelry brought in for loans following company policies and procedures.

3. **Sales and Cross-Selling**:

- Promote and cross-sell other financial products and services to clients as per their needs.
- Achieve monthly targets for new gold loan disbursements and renewals.

4. **Customer Service and Retention**:

- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide reminders and support for loan repayments, reducing default rates.
- Implement customer retention strategies by offering attractive renewal options and follow-ups.

5. **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all gold loan transactions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines for gold loan services.
- Safeguard confidential information and secure storage of pledged gold items.

6. **Reporting**:

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on loan disbursement, renewals, and collections.
- Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to management for process improvements.
## **Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in finance, business administration, or commerce).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or sales, preferably in the financial or gold loan industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and provide prompt resolutions.
- Basic knowledge of financial products, particularly gold loans.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and loan management software.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Integrity, reliability, and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
## **Work Environment**:

- Primarily based in the branch or office.
