**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and customer-focused **Customer Relationship Executive** to join our retail team. You will be the face of our brand in-store and over the phone, assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and service-related concerns. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers with product information, recommendations, and in-store navigation.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to assist with inquiries, follow-ups, and post-purchase support.
- Maintain a strong understanding of all product lines to offer accurate information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collect and update customer data, feedback, and queries in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate when necessary.
- Support store events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Confident and courteous telephone etiquette
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, customer-first mindset, and attention to detail

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate or equivalent

**Work Schedule**:
6-day work week with one weekly off

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
