Tender Executive

*Maintains tender files and arranges for archiving following the completion of the tender. *Prepares status reports and projected timelines for tenders regularly, as needed. *Daily review tender websites and other sources
- Track all active tenders including amendments by maintain tender log.
- Tenders by gathering all necessary information and approvals, printing and binding all necessary documents ensuring completeness as per bid’s requirements.
- Registration of our company in all govt. portal for participating the bids.
- Monitoring deadlines
- Able to search tender through Government e-Market Place (GeM) from Central & State Govt, PSUs.
- Must be able to add new Product/catalogue on GEM portal.
- Upload all documents carefully & freeze the final bid.
- Study documents and carefully understand the eligibility criteria, documents required and other terms & conditions
- Prepare technical & financial bid.
- Prepare Financial bid in assistance with seniors.
- Should have the Knowledge of submission of Bids like bunch bid, Reverse bid, custom bid & Normal Bid.
- Should have Knowledge of Comparing Products and rates
- Reporting bidding status online / offline on daily basis; Preparing Datasheet maintaining records on regular basis.
- To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submission.
- Must understand vendor assessment, OEM, and seller profile related requirements in GEM portal

**Salary**: ₹8,868.61 - ₹25,000.00 per month
